3) Products

The Webshop offers for sale alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, as well as glassware accessories (“Products”). You can find Products under various categories, such as whisky, gin, rum, vodka, wines, champagne, and glassware accessories. Additionally, you can search for specific product names and keywords.

4) Registration

Purchases can be initiated by registered users. However, the Webshop also accepts orders from Guest users without registration. Guest users must fill in the order form with their personal details each time.

During checkout, all users have the option to either log in to an existing account or create a new account.

9) Right of Withdrawal

We hereby inform you that the right of withdrawal under the Consumer Protection Law of 2021 (Law 112(I)/2021) applies only to customers who qualify as consumers. In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and the Council, as well as Cyprus legislation, consumers are entitled to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from receiving the product. This period starts either when you personally receive the product or when a third person (other than the carrier) designated by you receives it. If multiple products are delivered, the period starts from the receipt of the last delivered product.

As a consumer, you can exercise your right of withdrawal between the conclusion of the contract and the date of product receipt.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, send an unequivocal statement of your intention to withdraw using our contact details. We recommend sending your letter by registered mail to ensure credible certification of the posting date.

Upon receipt of your withdrawal notification, we will acknowledge it by email.
