Shipping Policy

These specific terms constitute our shipping policy. By placing your order on our Website, you are agreeing to these terms.

You may purchase products from us if you are resident in a country that we deliver to. The products shall be delivered within the area of Cyprus. Orders cannot be delivered to PO boxes.

All orders are dispatched from Enfiali Store to the courier after we receive your payment in full.

Package pickup from Enfiali Store in Latsia (Cyprus) is free.

All orders must be signed for upon delivery by an adult aged 18 years or over. If proof is not available and there is no-one of that age at the address when delivery is being made, the goods may be retained by the driver. If we attempt to deliver your order to the delivery address as arranged with you but there is nobody at the delivery address to accept your order, the driver will leave notification of attempted delivery and you will need to contact our Customer Service Center to re-arrange delivery. In these circumstances, if we have to return to deliver the products, a further charge may become payable provided that delivery is attempted at the agreed time. Alternatively, you have the option to contact the courier and arrange to pick up your order from the nearest to you courier point.

I. Domestic Shipping Terms (for Cyprus)

2) Shipment information

After you have sent the order, we will send you an Order Confirmation within 30 minutes as of placing of the order to the given e-mail address. If you detect any wrong data after having finalized the order (e.g. in the confirmation e-mail), you shall be obliged to inform us about it without delay, but at the latest within 24 hours.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation e-mail once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Orders are delivered within a 1/2 or 1 business days within the area of Cyprus. No delivery time on Sundays. No delivery shall be performed to P.O. Boxes.

Shipments may be slightly delayed by a few days, this is beyond our control. If there will be any significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via e-mail or telephone.

Shipping charges for your order will be displayed and payable at checkout.

3) Pickup points

The shipment could be delivered at any of the 100 conveniently located service points of G.A.P. Akis Express, in case of you choose this option, and you will receive a sms ‘notification of arrival’ as well as a call from the Courier Company as soon as the shipment lands at the destination service point.

4) Delivery estimates and charges

Shipping time: 1-48 hours
Shipping cost: Delivery of parcels from the lowest weight up to 100 kilograms items. The total shipping cost is calculated according to your location and the total weight of your order

5) Delivery information

We can deliver the ordered products to one delivery address per order. In case of several delivery addresses, a separate order shall be placed in relation to each delivery address.

We reserve the right to modify the delivery time calculated in advance.

During delivery time, we shall insure each order, until it is delivered to the delivery address given by you.

Please note that our objective is to post all ordered items within 1 working day within Cyprus. Estimated delivery times serve for information purposes only and shall be calculated from the posting of the product or from handing over same to the courier service.

Upon acceptance of the product ordered, you must inspect whether the product is intact.

Upon receipt of the product from the courier and by signing the document certifying receipt, the quantitative and qualitative acceptance of the product takes place, which means that following acceptance you may exercise your right of withdrawal only and we cannot accept any subsequent complaint on quantity after the courier has left.

6) Damages

If you received your order damaged, you may request the courier to draw up a report. Or please contact the shipping Courier company (G.A.P. Akis Express) to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged products before filing a claim.

The Courier company shall be liable for the actual loss, damage or destruction to the products whenever is proven that such loss, damage or destruction was the direct result of any deliberate act of the Courier company/employees.

Furthermore, the Courier shall be liable for the direct loss or damage due to delay in the delivery of the products that exceeds 96 hours from the time that the products should have been delivered. The Courier shall be liable in respect of wrong delivery of the products as a result of the Courier’s fault.

In the event on non-receipt of shipment or products damaged during transit, you are requested to contact us immediately or maximum within 48 hours of delivered status being updated on the order tracking page and notification e-mail and SMS being sent to you. Failure to do so will waive the customer rights to claim and process the return and refund of shipment.
