Fermentation and long post-fermentation maceration in stainless steel vats. Full malolactic fermentation and ageing in French barriques for 13 months and in bottle for a further 6 months.
Red cherries, morello cherries, liqueur cr?me de cacao, cinnamon, cedar, abundant and elaborate mouth.
