It’s an award-winner too, having been recognised at the Irish Whiskey Awards 2023 in the ‘Single Pot Still Whiskey (11 years and younger)’ category. Time maturing in Pinot Noir casks from Burgundy has added summer fruit notes to this elegant single pot still whiskey.
